OBERLIN — Brunswick junior Ellie-Gonzalez-Ribble stayed red hot on Monday, winning the Avon Rush Family Honorary Golf Tournament at Oberlin Golf Club with a stellar 4-under-par 68. It was the seventh win this season for Gonzalez-Ribble, who birdied five holes on her way to winning by five strokes. The Blue Devils (325) finished second to Magnificat (301) with Rylee Roth carding a 79 and Emma Gonzalez-Ribble turning in an 82. In other events: Suburban League Tournament No. 3 BROADVIEW HTS. — Wadsworth, Highland and Medina finished fifth, sixth and seventh, respectively, at Seneca Golf Club. The Grizzlies (401) were led by Jillian Jones' 90. The Hornets (427) won on a fifth-player tiebreaker against the Bees. Anna Coleman shot 100 to lead Highland, while Honor Hlavna paced Medina with a 93.
