Brunswick and Brunswick Hills police blotter for May 7

Brunswick police Thursday, April 30 12:35 p.m. — 1800 block of Pearl Road; Brunswick Hills police were with a woman who had an active Brunswick Mayor's Court failure to appear warrant. She was arrested and transported to Brunswick police where she posted bond and was released with a summons. 2:09 p.m. — Independence Drive; a warrant was sent to the Medina County Jail. Friday, May 1 5:11 p.m. — Center Road/Old Eagle Drive; a woman had a felony warrant for failure to appear on a cocaine possession charge out of the Summit County Sheriff's Office. She was taken into custody and was found to be in possession of suspected methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia. She was issued a citation for possession of drug paraphernalia and transported to the Medina County Jail. Additional charges are pending toxicology for possession of a controlled substance. Saturday, May 2 2:18 p.m. — Devonshire Drive; officers received a Medina County Court of Common Pleas warrant for a man who had menacing by stalking charges. Officers arrested him on his warrant, and he was transported to the Medina County Sheriff's Office. Brunswick Hills police Thursday, April 30 4:30 p.m. — Grafton Road; a resident reported harassment. Saturday, May 2 2:42 p.m. — Lake Forest Reserve; a fraud complaint was made. Sunday, May 3 7:03 p.m. — I-71; a vehicle struck a deer.
