NFL Draft: 5 potential targets for Browns on Day 2

The Browns will be back on the clock before you know it tonight. They hold the No. 39 pick, which is the seventh of the second round, which starts at 7 o'clock.The Browns took Utah tackle Spencer Fano and Texas A&M receiver KC Concepcion in the first round Thursday night. General manager Andrew Berry added No. 74 and a fifth-rounder Thursday when he moved down from No. 6 to No. 9 in a trade with the Chiefs.The second and third rounds are tonight, with Rounds 4-7 on Saturday.Here are five names to watch for the Browns tonight:Emmanuel McNeil-WarrenThe safety from Toledo has been connected to the Browns throughout the draft process.It's a bit of a surprise he didn't get taken in the first round, so he'll likely be a hot commodity. The Browns might have to consider trading up to get him. He's a rangy playmaker at 6-foot-3 and had nine forced fumbles and five interceptions in his career.NFL Draft: Receiver KC Concepcion says Browns getting 'a dawg all over the field' and he's 'ready to change the organization'This would count as a need pick. Grant Delpit is in the last year of his contract, Ronnie Hickman was tendered a one-year deal as a restricted free agent and they run a lot of three-safety packages.Avieon Terrell, ClemsonHe played outside and inside cornerback for the Tigers. At 5-11, 185 pounds, he would start out in the slot for the Browns as an upgrade over Myles Harden.Terrell tarted 31 games at Clemson and forced eight fumbles in his final two seasons. His brother A.J. is a corner for the Falcons.If the Browns want him, they'd likely have to get him at No. 39.Denzel Boston, WashingtonBerry had never drafted a receiver before the third round until Concepcion at No. 24. Would he go back-to-back early picks on receivers?Boston might be the guy to make him do just that.He's 6-3½, 210 pounds, so he'd be a great complement to the smaller, quicker Concepcion.Over the last two years Boston caught 125 passes for 1,715 yards and 20 touchdowns while dropping only five passes.Logan Jones, IowaThe Browns done seem to be done with the extreme offensive line makeover. They still need one more starter on the interior.Jones, a center, make the most sense. That would allow Elgton Jenkins to play his more natural position of guard. The Browns would then line up Fano at left tackle, Zion Johnson at left guard, Jones at center, Jenkins at right guard and Tytus Howard at right tackle.If Joel Bitonio happened to return rather than retire, they would figure it out.Jones (6-2¾, 300) spent six years at Iowa, starting 51 games over the last four seasons.Ted Hurst, Georgia StateIf Berry doesn't take a receiver at No. 39 (Notre Dame's Malachi Fields and Louisville's Chris Bell are other options there), he could choose potential in the third round.Hurst is 6-3½, 207 pounds and ran a 4.42-second 40-yard dash. He'll have an adjustment coming from small schools — he played at Valdosta State first — but has a lot of special traits.
