Cavaliers: Jaylon Tyson, Dean Wade to miss road trip

The Cavaliers' quest to be completely healthy in time for the postseason has suffered another setback. Swingman Jaylon Tyson, who has missed the last four games with a bone bruise in his left big toe, and forward Dean Wade, who has been sidelined for the previous two games with a sprained right ankle, will remain in Cleveland for the team's upcoming road trip to Utah, the Los Angeles Lakers and Golden State. Both players will continue to receive treatment and rehabilitation. The Cavs haven't had their entire team available to play in a game this season and has missed a total of 258 via injuries. The team provided no timetable for their returns. Both players are prominent members of coach Kenny Atkinson's rotation. The 6-foot-9, 225-pound Wade, who has started 36 games this season, is averaging 5.8 points and 4.2 rebounds. Tyson, a 6-6, 224-pounder, has been in the starting lineup 40 times this season. He's averaging 13.1 points and 5.1 rebounds and is third in the NBA in 3-point accuracy at .455. Cleveland (46-28) starts the trip at 9 tonight at the Delta Center in Salt Lake City. The Cavs lost 123-112 to the Utah Jazz on Jan. 12 but have won four of their last five games against the Jazz. They are coming off a coming off a 149-128 victory over the Miami Heat Friday. Cleveland's 149 points were their most ever scored at Rocket Arena, tied for the second-most ever in team history and tied the most points scored in a regulation game.
