Bunny breakfast at St. Ambrose Parish Families are invited to attend St. Ambrose Parish's bunny breakfast 9-11:30 a.m. on Sunday at the church's Hilkert Hall. All are welcome to go to the family-friendly event. There will also be Easter crafts and activities for children and a chance to take a picture with the Easter Bunny in front of a spring display. First Congregational Church of Akron UCC hosts singing resistance Singing Resistance, a resistance sing-along event, will be 3-5 p.m. Sunday at the First Congregational Church of Akron United Church of Christ. The church is at 292 E. Market St., and the event is free and open to the public. St. Francis Xavier Lenten events Former St. Francis Xavier parishioner Kristie Kiesel spent three years in Nagasaki, Japan, and led tour groups to early Christian settlements. She will share insights from the culture and an archeological dig, along with Japanese culinary treats at 6:30 p.m. March 24 at St. Francis Xavier.
