Brunswick police Wednesday, Feb. 11 1:06 a.m. — 900 block of Pearl Road; a man was cited into Medina Municipal Court for operating a vehicle while intoxicated, speeding and having an open container in a motor vehicle. He was transported to the Medina County Sheriff's Office and incarcerated on a charge of failure to comply with the order or signal of a police officer. 3:57 a.m. — Thorpe Circle; officers responded for a report of a motor vehicle parked on the street that had five prior unpaid parking citations. A sixth parking citation was issued, and the vehicle was towed. 11:41 p.m. — 4200 block of Center Road; a traffic stop was conducted for an equipment violation. The operator of the vehicle had a suspended license, multiple warrants and was found to be in possession of marijuana. He was issued citations into Brunswick Mayor's Court, posted bond and was turned over to Highland Heights police. Friday, Feb. 13 2:22 a.m. — Old Eagle Drive; a man accidentally discharged a firearm in his apartment and injured himself. 4:15 p.m. — Laurel Road/Pearl Road; a three-vehicle crash occurred. Saturday, Feb. 14 2:45 p.m. — Snow Road; Independence police detained a woman on a traffic stop who had a Brunswick Mayor's Court warrant. Brunswick police arrested her. She posted bond and was released. Monday, Feb. 16 5:13 p.m. — Bagley Road; the Cuyahoga County Sheriff's Office detained a woman on an active warrant. She was taken into custody, posted bond and was released with a new court date. Brunswick Hills police Monday, Feb. 2 2:37 p.m. — Emerald Lane; an officer investigated a crisis intervention. Thursday, Feb. 5 12:08 p.m. — Glenrock Drive; a report of fraud was made. Saturday, Feb. 7 1:03 a.m. — West 130th Street/Sleepy Hollow Road; a vehicle crashed into a large snowbank, and the driver was placed into custody for operating a vehicle while intoxicated. Hinckley police Friday, Nov. 14 10:32 a.m. — 1200 block of Center Road; a driver was issued a citation for a stopped school bus red light violation. Monday, Nov. 17 5:49 p.m. — River Road/McKee Trail; a driver struck a deer. Wednesday, Nov. 19 6:30 p.m. — State Road/Center Road; one vehicle struck another and did not stop after the crash. Monday, Nov. 24 7:38 a.m. — Center Road/River Woods Drive; a vehicle struck a utility pole. Wednesday, Nov. 26 1:41 p.m. — Stony Hill Road/Stone Ridge Drive; a falling tree limb struck a vehicle.
