Marlene V. Moses

Marlene V. Moses, 90, of Wadsworth, passed away Wednesday, September 24, 2025. She was born August 28, 1935, in Wadsworth, to the late Hobson and Helen Simcox. She attended Wadsworth High School, enjoyed lottery scratch offs, pull tabs, and loved her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Lisa Moses; and brothers, Dale, Carl, and Ralph Simcox. Mrs. Moses is survived by her husband, Garland 'Moe' Moses; daughter, Michelle (John) Rose; grandchildren, Kelli Slavens (Greg Peterson), Tyler Slavens, Shannon (Josh) Stoyko; and her great-grandchildren, Ali, Jaxon, and Reagan. We would like to thank Cleveland Clinic home care for her care since 2019 and most recently Crossroads Hospice. A funeral service will be conducted at 1 p.m., Tuesday, September 30, 2025 in the Hilliard-Rospert Funeral Home, 174 N. Lyman St., Wadsworth where the family will receive friends two hours prior to the service from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Interment will be in Hillcrest Memorial Gardens.
