Deion Sanders says Shedeur told him not to visit Browns camp

BEREA — Shedeur Sanders wasn't ready for Prime Time … to visit.Deion "Prime Time" Sanders said Shedeur, his son and the rookie Browns quarterback, told him not to make the trip to Northeast Ohio to watch a training camp practice. Let me get where I need to be.'"Sanders has gotten several repetitions every practice, including during simultaneous drills on a second field and in the extra "Hungry Dawg" post-practice period. But he's fourth on the Browns' depth chart — behind Joe Flacco, Kenny Pickett and Dillon Gabriel — and has yet to take a repetition with the first-team offense. "He ain't mad, he ain't bitter, he's like, 'I've got work to do and I'm going to put in this work.'"Sanders has said multiple times he's grateful for the opportunity with the Browns, who selected him No. 144 in the fifth round after an unprecedented fall through the draft."So whenever that is, it is, but it doesn't make me feel down or it doesn't make me feel left out or anything because I know who I am as a person," he said last week.
