Rumpke awards two 2025 Rumpke Waste and Recycling scholarships for Medina County Black River High School graduate Noah Kaltenbaugh and Brunswick High School graduate Abigail Karim are the winners of the 2025 Rumpke Waste & Recycling Scholarship for Medina County.
