Deshaun Watson, Mike Hall Jr., David Bell start camp on injured lists

He was arrested on a misdemeanor domestic violence charge in Florida on July 12 and is going through the legal process.Watson re-ruptured his Achilles tendon and had a second surgery in January. He's expected to be out until at least October, and it's uncertain if he'll be activated, or play, at all this year.In his three years with the Browns, he's played only 19 games. The original Achilles rupture happened against the Bengals in October.Hall, a second-round pick out of Ohio State in 2024, had offseason knee surgery and missed the entire offseason program.He was suspended by the NFL for the first five games last season after a domestic incident and missed four games later in the year with a knee injury but returned to play the final four games. In eight games, including three starts, he had a sack, six quarterback hits and three tackles for loss.Bell had surgery after dislocating a hip and being carted off the field against the Jaguars in Week 2 last season.
