Seville water safe to drink Seville Board of Public Affairs Superintendent Kevin Bittaker said the board had to submit a service line inventory for lead service lines to the Environmental Protection Agency by a certain date. The date was missed because Seville has zero lead service lines, he said. Since the date was missed, a public notice had to be sent out. Bittaker said the water in Seville has been and is still safe to drink because there are not any lead service lines in the village.
