Jesus Rally brings people to Medina square Throughout the week, Medina Community Church hosted a mission team with Youth with a Mission. The program began on Sunday when the group led the service with worship and testimonies. On Monday, the group directed an evangelism training session at the church and then went on the square. On Thursday, the mission team led a service on the square called "Jesus Rally." Throughout the night, the mission team led everyone in song and worship. There was also preaching and baptisms at the base of the gazebo. Medina Community Church to go on mission trip to Nassau A mission team of 15 people from Medina Community Church will soon head to Nassau, Bahamas, for a week's worth of outreach and ministry June 21-28. There are seven local churches who are working as partners in a full week of events in which they will minister to the homeless and poor communities. Vacation Bible school at Granger United Methodist Church Granger United Methodist Church will have vacation Bible school for three nights starting at 6- 8:30 p.m. Monday. Group of 60 children attend road trip vacation Bible school Medina United Church of Christ, Congregational hosted 60 children at a road-trip themed vacation Bible school this week. The program was based on Joshua 1:9 "The Lord your God is with you wherever you go." The children played games, listened to Bible stories, sang, danced, crafted and had a science lesson. On the last day, they sang songs for their families and enjoyed ice cream sundaes. They also collected snacks and money to donate to Next Step Up, which is the emergency shelter in Medina.
