Brunswick police Wednesday, June 4 12:03 a.m. — 2700 block of Center Road; officers responded to the Sheetz parking lot for a crash. Upon arrival, it was determined a woman struck another vehicle, and she showed impairment on standardized field sobriety tests. She was arrested, refused to provide a breath sample and was issued citations. 2:42 a.m. — 1200 block of Pearl Road; officers responded to Christie's Cabaret for the report of an intoxicated patron causing a disturbance and driving recklessly in the parking lot. A traffic stop was conducted on the vehicle and contact was made with the operator, who was found to be under the influence of alcohol. He was arrested, refused to provide a breath sample, was issued citations into Brunswick Mayor's Court and released. Thursday, June 5 12:40 p.m. — Center Road and Interstate 71; one vehicle struck another after attempting to merge. 10:39 p.m. — Miner Drive; there was an unconscious man on the side of the roadway. He was found to be intoxicated and was in possession of mail belonging to three residences that he did not live in. He was cited into Brunswick Court and released. Friday, June 6 6:30 a.m. — 90 block of Pearl Road; officers were dispatched to the parking lot of Baskets Galore for a report of a man lying on the ground moaning. The man was determined to be highly intoxicated and unaware of his surroundings. He was issued a minor misdemeanor citation into Brunswick Mayor's Court for disorderly conduct while intoxicated. 4:38 p.m. — 10 block of Pearl Road; Strongsville police arrested a man for a warrant from Brunswick. He was transported to the Brunswick Police Department, where he posted bond. 11:57 p.m. — Independence Drive; the Medina County Sheriff's Office conducted a traffic stop and arrested a woman on a failure to appear warrant out of Brunswick Mayor's Court. She was transported directly to the Medina County Jail, and a copy of her warrant was faxed to the jail. Sunday, June 8 1:19 a.m. — Bagley Road; a woman was arrested by Newburgh Heights police on a Brunswick Mayor's Court failure to appear warrant with original charges of no operator's license and a display of plates violation. She posted bond and was issued a new court date. 3:00 a.m. — 3100 block of Center Road; State Highway Patrol arrested a man during a traffic stop. He had an outstanding Medina Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear. He was transported to the Medina County Jail. Tuesday, June 10 6:55 p.m. — West Third Road; a man was arrested at the Cuyahoga County Jail on warrants through the Medina Municipal Court. He was transported to the Medina County Jail without incident. Brunswick Hills police Friday, May 9 5:44 p.m. — Bridge Point Lane; police were dispatched for a complaint of harassment. Hinckley police Wednesday, April 16 7:39 a.m. — Oaklawn Trail; there was a private property crash. Tuesday, April 29 1:01 p.m. — Hinckley Hills Road/Bellus Road; a struck vehicle ran off the road and struck a sign post. Thursday, May 1 6:56 a.m. — Wakefield Run Boulevard/Boston Road; a vehicle struck a stone mailbox.
