Myles Garrett keeps piling up awards, voted AP All-Pro for 4th time

Myles Garrett's Hall of Fame resume got another boost Friday.The Browns defensive end was voted an Associated Press first-team All-Pro for the fourth time. He also made the elite list in 2020, 2021 and 2023.Browns to 'host' game in London next season for 2nd time in franchise historyGarrett finished second in the NFL with 14 sacks and led the league with 22 tackles for loss. Cincinnati's Trey Hendrickson won the sack title with 17.5 and received the other All-Pro slot at edge rusher.Garrett is the reigning NFL Defensive Player of the Year and a candidate to repeat, although the Browns' 3-14 record will likely prevent that. He was recently voted to his sixth Pro Bowl and to the NFL Players Association All-Pro team."You guys would have to help me because if he won the award last year playing the way he played last year, I don't see how he's not the best defensive player in the game this year," coach Kevin Stefanski said last week before the finale. "Whatever metric you want to measure that by, if you want to go with the eye test, I think everybody would agree. He set the franchise record with 16 in 2021, matched it the next year, then had 14 in each of the last two years.He's also the only player to reach 100 sacks before turning 29, which he did on Dec. 29. He has 102.5 sacks, joining Reggie White, DeMarcus Ware, Jared Allen and T.J.
