Brunswick and Brunswick Hills police blotter for Nov. 28

Brunswick police Wednesday, Nov. 20 9:10 a.m. — West 54th Street; while assigned to the U.S. Marshals' Violent Fugitive Task Force, officers arrested Stefan Prince, 37, of Cleveland. Prince has warrants from grand jury indictments. The charges included domestic violence and vandalism. He also had a failure to appear warrant out of Brunswick Mayor's Court for traffic charges. He was transported to Medina County Jail without incident. 9:41 a.m. — Center Road/Boyer Drive; one vehicle sideswiped another while merging. Thursday, Nov. 21 5:25 p.m. — Center Road/I-71; vehicle struck a deer. Friday, Nov. 22 11:15 p.m. — Rocklyn Drive; a woman reported her purse was taken from her boyfriend's vehicle while she was at his residence. 3:12 p.m. — Laurel Road; officers served a warrant to Timothy English, 52, Brunswick. He had a warrant on indictment from the Medina County Sheriff's Office for six counts of pandering obscenity involving a minor. He was taken into custody without incident and transported to the Medina County Sheriff's Office. Saturday, Nov. 23 5:20 p.m. — 3800 block Center Road; Meijer asset protection claimed Steven Miller, 21, Brunswick, stole approximately $324 worth of Pokémon cards. He had an active felony warrant out of the Lorain County Sheriff's Office for failure to appear. He was also in possession of two glass pipes with burnt residue inside. He was issued citations in Medina Municipal Court and turned over to the Lorain County Sheriff's Office. Sunday, Nov. 24 8:47 p.m. — 3200 block Center Road; police said driver Patricia Taylor, 56, Hinckley, showed impairment on standardized field sobriety tests. She was issued citations into Brunswick Mayor's Court and released on scene. Brunswick Hills police Wednesday, Nov. 20 5:15 p.m. — Substation and Center roads; one vehicle struck another while turning.
