CLEVELAND — Jameis Winston will get the start today in the preseason opener vs. the Green Bay Packers but will be throwing to backups.Among the 26 players not expected to play, as announced by the team, are receivers Amari Cooper, Jerry Jeudy and Elijah Moore and tight end David Njoku.Zone Coverage PodcastCoach Kevin Stefanski announced Tuesday that quarterback Deshaun Watson wouldn't play as he continues the comeback from shoulder surgery.
