Helen Elizabeth Stepp

Helen Elizabeth Stepp, 76, passed away February 12, 2024. She was born April 26, 1947, in Cleveland, Ohio, to the late Jacob and Sarah (nee Roberts) Rogusky. Helen was a graduate of Lincoln High School and Ohio University. She loved to travel, especially to Canada and Florida. Helen's life was one of service. She worked for the Cleveland Board of Education as a speech pathologist and volunteered for a number of organizations, including Altrusa International. More than anything, she was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother, and her passing leaves a void in the lives of all who were privileged to know her. Left to cherish Helen's memory are her sons, Frank (Tarrece) Stepp and Mike Stepp (Rebecca Branch); and her grandchildren, Frankie, Veronica, and Michael Stepp, and Jimmy and Jenna Branch. In addition to her parents, Jacob and Sarah Rogusky; she was preceded in death by her husband, Frank Stepp; and sisters, Ethel Skorenchenko, Iris Hixenbaugh, and Carol Carver. The family will welcome guests from 4 until 8 p.m. Friday, February 16, 2024, at Waite & Son Funeral Home, 3300 Center Road, Brunswick. A Mass of Christian Burial will take place at 10 a.m. Saturday, February 17, 2024, at Holy Martyrs Church, 3100 Weymouth Road, Medina. She will be laid to rest with her husband, Frank, at Holy Cross Cemetery, 14609 Brookpark Road, Brook Park.
