Eugene Carl Erb

Eugene Carl Erb, 78, of Brunswick, passed away Wednesday, February 22, 2023. He was born October 12, 1944, to the late Eugene Stanley and Helen (nee Wheeler) Erb in Cleveland. He proudly served in the U.S. Army. Eugene was a member of the Brunswick VFW 9520. He enjoyed driving stockcars, watching old black and white Westerns at high volumes. Eugene will deeply missed by his loving wife of 56 years, Peggy; children, Carl (Melody) Erb, Raymond (Roxanne) Erb, and Renne (Mark) Callahan; grandchildren, Treana Stines, Michael Erb, and Kyle Erb; great-grandchildren, Taegyn, Ryland, Justin, Julia, Nicholas, Noah, Grayson, Brianna, Ambrose, Phoenix, Atticus, Cameron, Rylie, Jeorgina, and Kenzie; one great-great-grandchild, and beloved friend, Fred. In addition to his parents, Eugene was preceded in death by his grandson, Mark Callahan, Jr. Please join the family for visitation Saturday, February 25, 2023 from 2 p.m. until 3 p.m. at Carlson Funeral Homes & Cremation Services, 1642 Pearl Rd. (1/2 mile South of Route 303), Brunswick. Services will follow visitation at 4 p.m. Burial will be Monday, February 27, 2023 in Eastlawn Memorial Gardens at 1 p.m.
