Hands Foundation's Summer Breezes raises funds for seniors

CHIPPEWA LAKE — Summer Breezes, the major fundraiser for the Hands Foundation, took place Saturday evening at the Oaks Lakeside. Attendees enjoyed dinner while participating in a variety of silent auction activities for Hands, which supports seniors in need throughout Medina County. Carol Fritz, Brunswick Eagles Auxiliary, presented Hands President Lori Betz with a $3,000 check in support of the organization. Celebrating its 25th anniversary, the Hands Foundation is dedicated to improving the quality of life for all Medina County seniors through education, coordination with local organizations and involving seniors to help create an independent lifestyle.
