Ramon Clarence Weaver

Ramon C. Weaver, 91, passed away Tuesday, July 12, 2022 in Vacaville, California. He was born in a house in Lodi on June 21, 1931. Ramon was the first son of Clarence and Nina Weaver, deceased. He leaves behind his beloved wife, Jeanette; three children, Kimberly Anne, Ramon Brian and Mark Edward; grandchildren, Jeffrey, Katie, Ryan, Camden, Jamie, Taylor, Courtney and Kristin; great-grandchildren, Megan, Makena and Madison. Ramon also leaves behind his brother, Russell Eugene and his wife, Anita and two nephews, Bradley and Scott. In his early life growing up in Lodi, Ramon attended local schools and graduated high school in 1949. He enlisted in the United States Air Force from 1951-1954 and was a Staff Sergeant and a Korean War Veteran. Ramon then pursued a bachelor's degree at Bowling Green State University in 1957. After graduating, he married the love of his life, Jeanette White on June 16, 1957. Together, they raised their three children residing in the states of Ohio, Michigan, Arizona, Texas, Colorado and California. Ramon held a career as Sales Manager at BF Goodrich and was a Mason Member. After, he started his own business called GoRay Adhesive until 1990 in the city of Fullerton, California. Ramon loved to work in a semi-retirement fashion working at a car dealership and Ace Hardware. He enjoyed hobbies such as golf, bowling and most importantly his many dogs over the years. Their names were Buffy, Charlie, Romel, Callie and most recently, Kodi, a loving German Shepherd mix. Ramon enjoyed conversations with his family and friends alike. Some of the stories were embellished and exaggerated, but heartfelt and cherished by those listening. While he appeared as a stern gentleman, you could tell he had a heart full of love. He will be dearly missed by his wife, brother, kids, grandchildren, great-grandchildren and friends. Ramon's funeral service is to be held Friday, July 22, 2022, at Sacramento Valley National Cemetery in Dixon, California.
