Gregory Vincent

Gregory Vincent passed away Sunday, June 12, 2022, surrounded by his wife and children, at the age of 75. He is survived by his wife, Deborah; daughter, Melissa Miller and their children, Zak and Hannah; son, Adam Vincent and their son, Isaac and his siblings, Carol Jean Salmon, Cheri Brune, Larry Vincent, Gary Vincent and Lori Kempker. He battled cancer for nearly 16 months with stubborn determination, humility, a wonderful sense of humor and a positive attitude that was an inspiration to all of those around him. The son of Nelson and Lovella Vincent, he grew up in Jefferson City, Missouri, where he graduated from Helias High School. He received engineering and business degrees from the University of Missouri and a master's in business from Baldwin Wallace College. In 1993 he started Partners in Plastic, which he ran until he retired. His hard work earned him Entrepreneur of the Year, among other awards. He loved to travel, the highlight being the 50th wedding anniversary trip he took his wife, children and three grandchildren on to Lucca, Italy. He was involved in dozens of charities and community organizations that garnered him the President's Volunteer Service Award, including: President of Wheeling and Jefferson City Jaycees, Medina Library Board President, Rotary Club, Medina Chamber of Commerce, Medina Hospital board, SCORE mentor, Habitat for Humanity volunteer, Hospice board member. Per his wishes, Greg's family will celebrate his life with a big party, maybe more than one. Brown & Sons Funeral Homes & Crematory, 43rd Street Chapel, is in charge of the arrangements.
