Brunswick Police Tuesday, April 19 2:21 p.m. — 1300 block of Pearl Road; report of rocks being thrown through windows and garage doors at the United Methodist Church. 4:32 p.m. — Fireside Drive; Joshua Giammarino, 39, of Brunswick was transported to Medina County Jail after a warrant had been out for his arrest for a probation violation. In his vehicle, officers found an open container of alcohol, marijuana and other contraband and he was issued citations. 6:26 p.m. — Center Road; at a traffic stop, Terrence Sullivan III, 24, of Lakewood was issued a citation to Brunswick City Mayor's Court for expired registration and two brake lights. He was taken into custody and turned over to Parma police for an active failure to appear warrant. 7:37 p.m. — Independence Drive; police responded to the Medina County Jail in reference to a warrant for Seth Bond, 29, of New Franklin for his failure to appear in Brunswick City Mayor's Court on charges of carrying a concealed weapon, marijuana possession and drug paraphernalia. 8:53 p.m. — I-71; vehicle spun out of control while switching lanes and went through a grass embankment. The car went over a concrete drainage pipe and ended up in a small creek by the pipe. 10:12 p.m. — Laurel Road/Eisenhower Drive; a vehicle slowed to make a left-hand turn and was struck by a second vehicle. Then, another car struck the second vehicle. Wednesday, April 20 3:50 p.m. — Center Road/Clearbrooke Drive; one vehicle rear-ended another. Thursday, April 21 4:02 p.m. — Shenandoah Park; one vehicle rear-ended another. 5:28 p.m. — Fox Drive; one vehicle struck another while turning left. Friday, April 22 12:36 a.m. — 1300 block of Pearl Road; Brandon Paserk, 37, of Brunswick had a suspended driver's license, a felony warrant out of the Medina County Sheriff's Office for violating the conditions of his release and a contempt of court warrant out of Walton Hills Police Department. He started running away on foot but quickly stopped. He was arrested, issued citations and released into custody of the Medina County Sheriff's Office. Saturday, April 23 12:44 a.m. — Brunswick Lake Park; a vehicle struck the curb and ran off the left side of the road and struck a residence. The operator of the vehicle was charged with OVI. 10:10 p.m. — Acorn Circle; police responded to a report of a domestic dispute. Matthew Piecuch, 47, of Brunswick attempted to prevent officers from entering the driveway to reach the complainant and tried to walk away from officers after he was told he was being detained. He was arrested for obstructing official business and transported to the Medina County Jail. Monday, April 25 10:00 p.m. — Center Road; a traffic stop was conducted for Maria Diaz, 23, of Medina. She was driving under a suspension, and marijuana and paraphernalia was located inside her vehicle for which she was issued citations. Brunswick Hills Police Tuesday, April 19 8:36 a.m. — Grafton Road; one vehicle rear-ended another. 9:43 a.m. — Substation Road; a vehicle slid off the road and ended up in a ditch.
