Medina, Brunswick Walgreens join list of vaccine providers

Walgreens is a new site for Medina County residents in search of COVID-19 vaccines. The Walgreens pharmacy locations at 805 N. Court St., Medina and 1337 Pearl Road, Brunswick will join 14 other sources for vaccines in Medina County. Seniors and those in the state's Phase 1B of the vaccination program can reach out to the pharmacies to receive their shots. This will help with the logistics of finding a vaccine appoint, which some Medina County residents have said has been daunting. In recent days, residents have talked about long phone waits and websites that show no available appointments in the areas. Also the Cleveland Clinic is currently reserving its vaccine supply for current patients. The process for some locations may differ from one another or change in the coming weeks. The number of doses available each week within Medina County is subject to state distribution plans.
