Peggy Ann Ryan Lipperman

Peggy Ann Ryan Lipperman, 84, of Medina, formerly an Ohio Valley resident, died Wednesday, November 18, 2020. She was born March 24, 1936 in Martins Ferry, Ohio, daughter of the late Paul and Margaret Koch Mohney. Peggy was a 1954 NHS Martins Ferry High School graduate, a cum laude Lake Erie College graduate and took post graduate courses at Ohio U Eastern. She taught in The Cleveland Metropolitan Area and taught in Lower School at Mt. de Chantal Visitation Academy, Wheeling, West Virginia from 1984 until retirement in 2004. She was a member of the First Christian Church and Pine Valley Sportsman Club. She was preceded in death by her son, Tony Guerrera; her children's father, Pat Guerrera; brothers, Carl (Peg) Ryan, Charles (Marge) Ryan and Jim (Mandy) Mohney and her sisters, Donna (Hanks) Hanks and Gerrie (Al) Mohney Leach. Surviving are her son, Michael Guerrera; daughters, Barbara (Marty) Jonda of Boardman, Ohio, Anita (Tim) Taylor of Longmeadow, Massachusetts and Ann Margaret (Mike) Vogt of Valley City; three stepsons and brother, Willis (Vera) Mohney of Powell, Ohio; 19 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren and many nieces, nephews and cousins. Friends and family may call Sunday, November 22, 2020 from 1 to 3 p.m. at Waite & Son Funeral Home, 765 North Court Street, Medina.
