Ronald Sency

Ronald Sency, 73, passed away at home Wednesday, July 8, 2020 surrounded by his loving family. He was born in Johnstown, Pennsylvania on June 15, 1947 to Louis and Susan (Bushi) Sency.Ron retired as a Vice President and Chief Estimator with Phoenix Cement Company. He had many interests, among them a passion for golf. While Ron loved to be on a golf course, everyone who knew him was aware that he was always happiest surrounded by his beloved family and grandchildren. He especially enjoyed sharing all of the special family "Holiday Traditions" and their beach vacations that he spent hours planning for everyone to enjoy.Ron is survived by his beloved wife, Judy (Uhinck); loving children, Ron L. (Wendy) Sency, Tom (Missy) Sency and Sue (Lou) Schaefer; his cherished grandchildren, Trenton, Grayson, Olivia, Jacob, Megan, Max, Lilley and Louie; dear siblings, Lois (George) Barnes, Keith (Anita) Sency and Mark (Renee) Sency; his many wonderful nieces and nephews and a lifetime of cherished friends.He is preceded in death by his parents.All services to honor Ron are private but condolences and memories may be shared with the family at www.waitefuneralhome.com
