Rick Roush celebrates 30 years with new showroom

It was in 1988 when Rick Roush first opened Rick Roush Honda. More than 30 years of automotive excellence was celebrated Monday, with a grand opening of the dealership's new showroom with festivities, local dignitaries and Honda officials. The day also included food trucks from local vendors. Located at 3157 Medina Road, Medina Township, the Honda dealership chose the new look to offer customers expanded services during the car buying process. "It's been in the plan for years so it's a wonderful feeling to see it all finally come together," Roush said. "It was such a team effort on so many people's part to pull it together, you know, from Honda to the board of appeals. "We also think that, as far as with the size of the facility, and having an indoor delivery area right now, and also as far as with the customer lounge remodel as well as with the service department, I think it's going to be more of an area where customers are going to want to enjoy." The day included Gary Russo, zone manager for Honda, recognizing Roush for 30-plus years of ownership, and an award from city and state officials recognizing his work serving the community.
